The user receives the order through the courier company at the address stated. On the day the Store makes the shipment, the user will receive an informative e-mail with the shipment number.
In case the user is absent when the courier company passes, he will leave a notice stating the parcel number and the phone number that the user will have to call in order to arrange for his receipt.
Greek shipments will take place daily, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Orders placed from Monday to Friday until 12:30 p.m. are processed on the same day. Orders placed on Friday (after 12:30 pm), Saturday & Sunday are processed on the following business day.
Delivery (if all the products of your order are ready to be delivered) is made within 2 days for the capitals of the prefectures and the big cities. For inaccessible / remote areas and islands, delivery takes place within 4 days.
Shipments abroad will be made when payment is completed. Shipments to Cyprus take place on Fridays. Delivery is usually made within 7 days.
The above delivery times are indicative, concern working days (excluding weekends and holidays) and may vary depending on the conditions and availability of goods.
The Store is not responsible for delays in execution (including delivery) due to cases that can not be attributed to its fault or due to force majeure and will be entitled to an extension of time for execution. Examples include strikes, terrorist acts, war, supplier / transportation / production problems, government or legislative acts, and natural disasters.
Orders for Greece
The products can be sent anywhere within the Greek Territory and in particular to the place indicated by the user in the Order Form with courier service. Shipments will be made daily, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
The charge for each order is 4 €. If the parcel is sent by cash on delivery, there is an additional charge of 1 €. For purchases over 50 € there are no shipping costs. All the above prices include VAT.
Delivery time is set at approximately 2 to 4 working days, depending on the destination. The Store will make every effort to send you the products within the above working days.
Orders for abroad
Shipping costs for abroad are 10 € or 20 €, depending on the country of destination, according to the list below. Delivery time is about 7 working days. Shipments to Cyprus take place every Friday.

For purchases over 150 € abroad are not charged shipping. Ownership of the product is transferred after full payment while the risk is transferred upon delivery. The goods travel on behalf of the customer.
